What shipping method do you use at Eniram Jewelry ?

We use FedEx and DHL services for shipping orders.

Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday.

What is the estimated delivery time ? 

You will receive your order within 7 days.

Do you offer free shipping ? 

Shipping is free on enirambijoux.com for the following minimum order amount in your local currency:

Canada: CAD142

France, Germany, Italy, Spain and other countries: EUR95

United States: USD115

Return and exchange

Returning your purchases is easy !

Products purchased on enirambijoux.com can be exchanged or refunded via enirambijoux.com up to 30 days after the date of receipt. We accept unworn products, accompanied by the original Eniram Bijoux packaging. Returned items are at the company's expense.  

When will I get my money back ?

If you return your product by mail to Eniram Bijoux, the refund will be issued within 5 (five) business days of receipt of your product in our warehouse for inspection, via the original payment method.

How do I track my order ?

You will receive an email with the tracking number upon shipment. You can use this number to track your order on the FedEx (www.fedex.com) or DHL (www.dhl.com) websites. If you log in to your Eniram Bijoux online account, you can also track your package by selecting My Account, and clicking on My Orders.
